These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of slc.pressurewashproshq.com (the "Site"), operated by Pressure Wash Pros HQ ("we," "us," "our"). By using the Site or submitting a quote request, you agree to these Terms.
1. Nature of our service
Pressure Wash Pros HQ is a lead-matching service. We connect homeowners who request quotes through our Site with independent third-party pressure washing contractors ("Matched Pros") operating in their area. We do not perform pressure washing, soft washing, or any other cleaning services ourselves. Any service performed at your property is provided by an independent contractor, not by Pressure Wash Pros HQ.
2. Quote requests are not contracts
Submitting a quote request through our Site is a request to be contacted by one or more Matched Pros. It does not create a contract between you and Pressure Wash Pros HQ, and does not obligate you to hire any Matched Pro. Any service contract you enter is solely between you and the Matched Pro.
3. Matched Pros are independent contractors
Matched Pros are independent businesses, not employees, agents, or partners of Pressure Wash Pros HQ. We screen Matched Pros for general business credentials before they receive leads, but we do not supervise their work, set their pricing, or guarantee their performance. You are responsible for vetting the specific Matched Pro who contacts you, including verifying current licensing, insurance, and references before hiring them.
4. No warranty on services performed by Matched Pros
Pressure Wash Pros HQ makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the quality, workmanship, timeliness, pricing, insurance coverage, or licensing status of any Matched Pro. Any warranty on services performed is provided solely by the Matched Pro who performs the work.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pressure Wash Pros HQ is not liable for any property damage, personal injury, financial loss, missed appointments, billing disputes, work quality issues, or any other harm arising from your interaction with, or hire of, a Matched Pro. Your remedy for any such issue is against the Matched Pro directly, not against Pressure Wash Pros HQ.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or your use of the Site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
6. Use of the Site
You agree to provide accurate, complete information when submitting a quote request. You may not use the Site to submit fraudulent requests, harvest contact information, or interfere with the operation of the Site. We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate access at our discretion.
7. Marketing communications & opt-out

8. Intellectual property
All content on the Site (text, photos, logos) is owned by Pressure Wash Pros HQ or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.
9. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or our services shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Salt Lake County, Utah.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time by posting the revised version on this page. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
